Return Policy
Your satisfaction is Guaranteed. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item unworn with all original tags within 7 days for an exchange or refund of the purchase amount, less shipping & handling charges. After 7 days and up to 30 days, you will receive store credit for the purchase amount, less shipping and handling charges. Send your return to: 5 Starr Plus 19446 Castle Peak Dr. Riverside, CA 92508. You must include the item number, your name and address and reason for return. Allow 7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
Shipping to US, US Territories, APO, AFO, FPO
All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Express shipping is also available. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended. 5 Starr Plus is not responsible for uninsured shipments.
International Shipping
All items will be shipped via USPS Global Priority or USPS Express Mail. 5 Starr Plus is not responsible for your purchase after shipment.
